Every student loves a snow day. A day to sit back, sip some hot cocoa, and watch your favorite holiday movies with family or friends. The Chronicle surveyed some students to see how they like to spend this unexpected free time best.

What did you do during the snow days?
“I went sledding and then hung out with Nate Gazarra.”

“I like sunny summers. I go to the beach and the pool, Bethany Beach.”

“I went snowboarding at Bear Creek.”

“Sunny Summers. I go to the beach and swim.”

“I went sledding with my friends.”

“A snowy winter. If you just have winter and it’s just cold, it sucks, but if there’s snow, then it’s kind of fun.”
Junior, Cody Natali:
What did you do during the snow days?
“I made hot cocoa, built a couple of snowmen, shoveled my driveway, watched some movies, and bundled up in blankets.”

“I like it when it’s sunny out. It motivates me to go outside and just appreciate nature. I also like playing soccer in the summer, so yeah.”
